The program accepts the creation of branches and if it accepts how branches are created
Tracking codes can be used to report branch data separately in the P&L report. However, the balance sheet report does not separate data by Tracking Code.

As @AJD just explained to you, that is what tracking codes are for. Read the Guide: Use divisions for the Profit and Loss Statement | Manager. If you want separate balance sheet accounts for different branches, just add them. See Add an ordinary account | Manager. You can also group balance sheet accounts by branch, if you want, by placing accounts under groups. See Build a chart of accounts | Manager.
