Tax on Price Plus 1st tax and tax calc on product and tax price

I need to create the Invoice for my excise duty invoice as below mention calc.

Product Price : 500/-
Excise Tax @ 12.5 : 62.5/-
Sub-Total : 562.5/-
Vat @ 14.5 on (562.5) : 81.56/-
Freight Charges : 100/-
Grand Total : 744.06/-
on (562.5+81.56+100)

I want to design my invoice format like the above mention calc. kindly let me know the setting.

This can be handled by custom tax code but generally excise taxes are hidden from customer. You don’t show them on invoices.

Normally you will make your prices excise tax inclusive. And just charge VAT 14.5%.
