No. Manager is designed to be operable across several platforms, for which keyboards shortcuts are not the same.

Manager is actually a website under the hood, which is why it doesn’t have many of these shortcuts that you’ll see in other more traditional applications.
Keyboard shortcuts on a website are generally reserved only for submitting forms and similar tasks, and even then there are very few sites that customise that behaviour.
