just installed Manager - am entering details so for so good - copied “plain” invoice to set up custom invoice and when selecting “view” of new invoice system crashes with
"The website cannot display the page
HTTP 500
Most likely causes:
The website is under maintenance.
The website has a programming error.
What you can try:
Refresh the page.
Go back to the previous page.

I experienced a similar problem in v 17.12.74 when trying to view themes under Settings, but got a different error message:

I can view the Plain theme, but neither other built-in themes nor custom themes. However, they all work when selected while viewing transactions in other tabs.
I have put this issue into the Bugs category.
UPDATE: This is still a problem in v18.1.0. Also, the problem only occurs when viewing active themes. Inactive built-in themes can be viewed without any problem.
