when i create a journal entry and if it is inbalance, that inbalance amount goes to suspense account in ewuity group.
is it correct to have a suspence account because of inbalance journal?
i have created journal from my payslips, all balanced journal have no effect while inbalanced journal creates the suspence account.
i am using windows 10 manager version 20.2.31 desktop
Yes and no. Manager will place incorrect transactions into Suspense until you fix them. But you should never leave anything there. A transaction in Suspense indicates you have made a mistake.
Why? You need to furnish much more information about this. What accounts did you debit and credit? What are you trying to accomplish?
