Suggestion : integrate folders and attachments

Hi Managers,

I think we might find it useful if attachments in folders can be integrated as an attachment to transactions that would be size effecient in 1 way and time saving in another
Example : a bit long term contract that’s divided into 20-25 SO’s
I think it would be better if the contract uploaded to a folder called “contracts” and we can call these files in the folder

I’m not sure if folders is the right place for that but for the time being, you can simply take the URL of the attachment.

The only problem here is that I don’t think the attachments allows links.

I was thinking the problem at its core is the ability to link to an existing attachment somewhere else. Is that right?

yeah , by somewhere I mean in the program file itself and since Folders are made for documentation “main purpose” we can utilise that for contracts and SO’s as well . Contracts folder is there anyway why not make the most of it ,? :smiley:
