How does an admin restrict users from posting into some accounts like expenses of income accounts?
Right now, there isn’t a way to do just that.
However, you can limit the users access to accounts by setting up non-inventory items and mapping those to accounts. So if you bought for example a video production service, this item can only go to marketing expense account or if you bought electrical tape this would only go to repairs and maintenance accounts … etc.
