Stocktake - HELP

I have searched on doing a stocktake in the guides & forum but everything seems to say that the program isn’t capable of doing that.

I’ve used a variety of programs over the last 30 years for business/stock management and ALL of them have had a stocktake feature.

The feature allowed me to print out a sheet which I could either choose only certain stock groups or all stock on hand. It listed the SKUs, Item Names, SOH, and had an area to enter the qty counted for each SKU during the stocktake.
I then went back to the stock take and entered in the count values so the program made all necessary adjustments.
Surely this is just a basic function for any stock management software.

I have thousands of SKUs and need to know how to adjust out missing items AND also adjust in any items that have more stock than manager says.

please help.

I found the information below but can’t work out how to turn on " Inventory Adjustments" so that I can Adjust-In extra stock.

Please advise how to activate this feature.

The Inventory Write Off tab has to be activated using the Customize link before you can enter Inventory Write Offs or Ons

The write-off tab is already active, I need to know how to activate Inventory adjustments so I can adjust stock in. The write-off tab only seems to allow for adjusting out, not adjusting in.

There is no Inventory Adjustments tab.
