I am not able to update starting balance of an account. Anybody encountered same issue?
an account - do you mean all accounts or one particular account?
And what edition (desktop, server, cloud)? What version number? How are you trying to update starting balances? What happened when you did whatever you did? Have you read and followed the Guide: Enter starting balances | Manager?
