How do i activate the starting balance tab in charts of account?

Create an account in balance sheet side named opening balance and use it for opening balances when you done put the same amount as debit or credit in this account in chart of account

There is no opening balance tab, adding starting balances by creating journal entry.

There is no concept of starting balances in Manager. Simply create necessary transactions to establish starting balances. For many businesses, single journal entry will do the job.
