@lubos Nobody is suggesting that you do not fix the issue. Of course it needs to be fixed.

All people are asking is that you implement an update process where updates like this do not negatively impact users. Hennie is absolutely right - many Manager users never logon to the forum, so will have no idea if and when there is a problem and one that affects their financial figures.

Other companies have processes to deal with this:

  • Some use a development and stable track
  • Rollback feature allowing people to roll back to the previous version
  • Feedback forum panel for development track - like Microsoft Insider Tracker
  • Product Roadmap Milestones

Yes please fix the bugs! No one is suggesting otherwise. Just implement a formal process for rolling out upgrades especially when they are likely to cause users accounting issues.
