By the way The best way to test / learn about a program is to test a small part at a time. In Manager you can have as many test business as you want. So in each test business just enter one or two transactions with simple round numbers. Doing so will make it very easy to see what Manager is doing. Then repeat this process for each feature you want to learn about.

Then read individual guides as required.
