I would like to use server edition of this software. but I am not comfortable to make and use private server at my office. Is it possible to setup server edition if I have google cloud storage. I would be grateful if anyone could let me know .

Why not use the Cloud edition in that case?

The server edition is meant for users who have the knowledge and skills to set up and run a server. You do not need to have an actual server in your office, which could be expensive. You can create a virtual server with a remote service. But you will pay for that, too. Cloud storage services do not let you run servers.
The fact you are asking questions about this suggests you are a better candidate for the cloud edition.
