I want to make 2 companies. one for the club and one for my own company.
But after a few years someone else must be the accountant for the club.
How can I take care that the other person gets the info from the club but not for my own company.

Each business is saved in a separate file so it’s easy in future to send the accounting file that contains only one business to new person who is going to keep taking care of it.
