Sending Multiple Customer Statements

I am just in the progress of migrating over from another free accounting program which has an option of auto generating customer statements and sending bulk lots. It gives you the option to select the current statement period or selecting a date range from a chosen date to current date. Auto statements generatedl for the current period you just press a specific F button. You can choose to not send a statement to customers with a value of less than an inserted $ amount or with a zero balance. I used to send all my customers a statement from 1 Jan each year to current date. It would by default select all customers and I’d set the date and press send. Two minutes later it would have emailed 100 or so statements. I was using that program for a small sporting club.

Is there any way this could be considered? I think it would be a popular tool. Just need a select all and send option in lieu of viewing and sending individually. I think I saw slightly similar discussions in the forum around 2014.

Bulk sending of email has been discussed multiple times, but I think most people discussing it wanted it for invoices. Apparently it’s a future goal for the application, but there’s no set date for when it would become available.

Since there is also an Email button on the Customer Statements, and the developer is continually trying to make things consistent across all tabs, any bulk email functionality will likely work for Customer Statements as well.

Thanks ShaneAU. It makes sense and I can only hope that the developers bring that option forward soon. This program ticks all the right boxes and a few tweaks here and there as per a lot of the members input will really make this a stand out application.
