HOw can I indicate on the reporting part of the invoices; and I’d like to include that; 1) Report Person doing the invoice, Person Authorizing the Invoice
and if that can include the remarks just above the persons writing the invoice and Person Authorizing it?
Do all this with custom fields.

This is not true, @rubenconsultants. You can both make payments to and receive money from suppliers, customers, and others. What is true is that you can only create sales invoices for customers and purchase invoices from suppliers.
