I have been using Manger for a couple of years now. I began with a proprietorship and the earnings accumulated in my equity accounts but now I am working on a new incorporated company with no opening retained earnings. I am now at the end of the first year and still no retained earnings. The profit/loss does not accumulate into the retained earnings account. I am using Manager edition 17.10.32. Is there a box I haven’t checked or something?
You should upgrade to the latest version and ensure your report date includes the dates of the transactions you expect will accumulate into retained earnings.
