On Manager Cloud Edition version 25.10.8.2922, all restricted users are directed to Summary tab by default.
This wouldn’t normally be a problem unless the user has no access to Summary, in which case, they are greeted by this screen:
Though this is completely benign, I have placed this in bugs because this causes cofusion to many users.
