What is the message and what operating system ? Your desktop edition needs to be a later release (version) then the server edition. Please stop double posting your questions - the other topic is being deleted.

If you are referring to the menu tabs that used to be at the top of the Manager window, those have been removed. All functions remain, but most are under Settings. Read the Guides, especially several in the How To… category: Guides | Manager .
