I would like to enquire whether it would be possible to amend the attachment option on Sales Invoices to allow PDF files instead of images only.
Currently, I work with a batch PDF scanning system where all supporting documents relating to a sales invoice — including the invoice, sales order, delivery note, and job cards — are combined into a single PDF file. Being able to attach this consolidated PDF directly to the sales invoice would make document access much quicker and more efficient, instead of having to search through folders separately.
I believe this functionality could improve workflow efficiency for users who maintain consolidated digital records.
