What is Reporting Categories in settings used for ?

That’s as much detail as I have. But don’t worry it’s not as hard as you think, you just need to start with it. I recommend starting by: Copying all your custom fields dropdown items to new Tax Code reporting categories. Going back to Settings > Tax Codes and linking the new categories. We can then pick up from there.
