Quantity totals missing

Hello

Total in the ‘‘kg’’ column suddenly disappeared today. How can i bring it back?

Thank you in advance

Is this a ‘Sales Order’ that has been renamed?

Good morning

Exactly, thanks for asking

Any idea how i can bring back the total of the ‘‘kg’’ column?

  • Are the numbers at the bottom of the document custom fields?
  • Are all of these ‘Inventory Items’? or are some ‘Non-Inventory Items’?
  • You might try looking at your “History” between the last Sales Order/Order Confirmation that worked properly, and this one - look for any changes to item properties.
  • Have you changed properties of any of the items recently?
  • Is kg the ‘Unit Name’ for your item? If so, do all items on that Sales Order have the exact same ‘Unit Name’ (case sensitive, no punctuation)
  • Look at some old Sales Orders, are they experiencing the same issue?
  • What version are your running or are you on cloud?

That was an announced feature of Manager, namely, totals for quantities.

Since this is a loss of functionality – unless it’s been permanently removed, this should be in bugs

Could be added back via custom theme. However the Qty column header name changes if all units are same and thats causing a lil issue. I think the qty column header name should remains as “Qty” and should not change whether all units are same or not.

Hello

Will check, thank you for your answer

Hello, I was referring to : “Terms of Delivery”,“Pall. Nr.”, “Production Date”, etc. but it sounds like those are not related to the issue. Moderator Ealfardan has marked it a bug, which would be beyond my depth. Hope it gets worked out. I did try to replicate in the desktop version, and did not have the same issue.
