@nomc go to Business Details then select Saudi Arabia as your country. This will enable QR code on your invoices.

You are thousands of versions behind.

The current version is 22.1.28

You will have to update to this version and read the guides to familiarise yourself with the many changes that have taken place since the 2019 version you are using was installed

You need to update your version regularly
