Profit share

I want to know some accounting methods
In my company there are 2 partners so every month end they will share the profit amount, so i just want to know if i given the shares to them then its comes from which Group/Account

Accounting systems (like manager) automatically post profit (or loss) to the equity group in the balance sheet. The most common account used is “Retained earnings” and this is the account name used by Manager.

Manager has a “Capital accounts” module to handle capital contributions, drawings and distribution of profits. Refer to the Manager guide to learn how to use the Capital accounts module.
