No.
First, a sales order is not a financial transaction, so there is no profit or loss. Sales orders have no financial impact on any account.
Second, profit and loss is a very broad concept and includes many things outside what is recorded by a single transaction. The idea would be largely meaningless, for example, for someone selling services.
