I am trying to add a custom field to line items in a Production Order. When we produce a Production Order then the inventory items needed to assemble the component need to be picked from different shelf locations in the warehouse, I’d like the shelf location displayed on the Production Order to make picking easier.
I tried to create a custom field called “Shelf Location” with each inventory item, but when I try to apply the custom field to the Production order, there is no option for Production Order (Line Item). There is only an option for one custom field that is applied to the entire Production Order. In Purchase Invoice for example there is a Line Item option. Can this be added as a feature please and thanks?
