Problems with copy to clipboard and reporting changes in desktop version

Using the desktop edition (25.11.5.3094).

In older releases, the copy to clipboard option for things like the Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet reports allowed the clipboard to be used as an import into Excel. Now there seem to have been changes that render that useless, or worse, prone to error.

The header information no longer appears to be included in the copy process, making it impossible to use the data contained there to verify the data, or to extract that data (such as year and month of period information). Additionally, signs seem to be now altered, as P&L expense items used to come across as negative entries, but are now positive, as well as non-entries coming across as the text “-” produced by formatting rather than the null or zero values available previously.

Hopefully all of these changes will wind up being something corrected in a future release, as while formatting and other visual alterations may help present data, it should not become data.
