Problem Mac os 10.14

AS i open my Manager after upgrading my mac i only get a blank screen does anybody now wat i have to do?

Yes tried not working and mac is new.

He was referring to updating your Manager version. There was a fix to correct an incompatibility with macOS v10.14.
