This is just an idea
Maybe developers already thought of this
I started using chatgpt 4 casually for 2 months now for personal uses, for creating any images , asking it to make a Excel sheet for me , etc
Somehow integrate chatgpt in this software and users can naturally inform the system by chat or by voice
so user can say similar to this .
Hello manager, create a sales invoice for customer XYZ for the items cement
Manager: ok, what is the qty?
User: 5 tons
Manager : can I use same sale price as in inventory items list? Or give new sale price for this invoice?
User: proceed with same sale price and create
Manager : done
Hey manager, what’s today’s report
Manager : we had 15 sales worth 999999 amount
Etc
Etc
This will be more innovative and interesting for users
Obviously I see that using chatgpt the charges will be extra,
as per my knowledge generally a normal company will have 10 transaction daily and generate 10 reports then yearly it won’t cost much. I don’t want to discuss the costing here because it’s their business which I won’t spoil
Here is the sample below. With just 2 messages I almost completed sales invoice
And I prefer I don’t want to give my data to chat gpt or someone to use my accounts data to develop some AI.
I prefer private gpt system which can be hosted and maintain by manager team and useful for them.
(For Test) First step can be integrating chatgpt AI to this forums and guides so users will get exact solution what they are looking for or some work around solutions.
This feature might not be too far off. I’m very close showing off new API. This API will be in theory ChatGPT-compatible so for ChatGPT, it will be possible to convert natural language into API calls.
This could be a killer feature can’t wait to see it. Imagine instead of old-fashioned data entry you send a voice message to an AI to make the invoice. For instance, A line like “Make an invoice of all items in category 1 with qty 5 and 5% discount” could take a normal human being an hour to finish whereas with the AI it’s just a few seconds.
