How do i adjust the print margins for the default sales invoice?
the print margin settings are dependent on your printer settings which is outside of Manager.
only the paper size needs to be set in the Email Settings under Settings of Manager.
If you want more control than provided by selection of paper size, as described by @sharpdrivetek, you must write a custom theme.
