Our customers need thier invoices included previous balance they do not need SOA they need all invoices included this infromation as per below example
Net invoices = 1000
Previouse balance = 500
Due balance = 1500
That’s not possible off-the-shelf in Manager.
To achieve this, you will need to hire a developer to write an extension for you.
Can we make checkbox in invoices for this information like
there is no automatic method for this.
you can manually add the previous due in a custom field and add it to the balance due on invoice.
