PDF Error on Ubuntu 16.0.4

Hi All,

I’m getting the following error when I use the PDF button to generate a pdf. And this happens when I try to PDF a report or payment or receipt. Seems to be an overall issue.

  • Manager server version 18.10.24
  • Mono JIT compiler version 5.18.0.225
  • Using Standard Plain Theme.

I’ve gone through the forum searching for a resolution, but does not seem to be any.

Update your software. You are a couple hundred versions behind.

Also, it seems you are on a pretty old Ubuntu. So maybe that’s the issue.
