HI guys how can I clear my PAYE Account

to which account do i put social security

It would appear that the Payslip Deduction called Social Security is the part of the Social Security charge paid by the employee and deducted from his pay.

You have posted it to the Liability Account called PAYE Employee. A better name would have been Employee Social Security but however.

When you pay this over to the Social Security organisation, you enter a Payment transaction from whatever bank or cash account you use to pay the amount and post it to the PAYE Employee account

Depending on your country, you may also have Employer Social Security charge which should be setup as a Payslip Contribution

those are the only accounts that appear

And what is your question?

if you want a different acount you have to set them up.

yes i did, i understood but for the employers contribution how do i clear the account
