Unfortunately, the Overdue stamp is too big and the Paid in Full is too small, is there a way to modify the size?
Your screen shots appear to be from a custom theme you created. You seem to have modified the code for the stamps. Change that portion of your theme back to match the default template, where font-size of emphasis.text is 20 px.
