Number format and built in calculator error

Hi people.
Im having some issue with number input into field. My problem as shown in picure is i paste value from bank statment pdf or any value when formated 123.456.789,00 is not acepted and shown red outline on value box. This began with introduction od built in calculator. Can this be adressed somehow?

I can reproduce this in version 18.10.0. I thought this issue was corrected a couple days ago. I am putting this into the bugs category.

The problem seems to be the dot (thousand separator). When deleted - or copy and paste without - the system accepts the amount
