Is it possible to add Notes section to Manager?
So that we can add daily planning notes there,

This has been brought up on the forum before. Manager is not a general calendar or planning program. The developer has previously indicate his plans that it remain an accounting application. Your operating system was probably distributed with some type of notes program. If not, there are plenty of free ones available.
