The new update problem can not work and open because a message appears to be related to WebViw2
Install WebView2 when the installer tells you to. Or install it separately. Search the forum. There have been many, many discussions about this, as recently as today.

How do you transfer what? From where? To where? If you are asking how you install WebView2, that is covered in the various links you have already been told about. That’s a Windows operating system question, not a Manager question.
