New Pvt. Ltd. Company in India

Hi everyone. I’m from India and I’ve just registered a Private Limited Company with 2 directors (they are shareholders as well) with paid-up capital 1 lakh. How to begin with Manager? Can anyone help me?

i think search for Capital account and add your directors in it.

Create two capital accounts, one for each director, and receive money (0,5 Iakh each?) against those two accounts.

Ok… it would be 0.54 lakh and 0.46 lakhs in this case. I created two capital accounts. I have to receive money in capital accounts of both directors. Right?
