Hi guys am i able to export the business currentfile to excel so that i can let my partner know the condition of the business and the inventory

No. Your business data file by itself would be unintelligible.
You can print or email reports. You can also copy reports and paste them into spreadsheets. See the Guide: Copy lists and reports | Manager.
You could also provide your partner a copy of a backup file. Your partner could install Manager and have full access to your records. See Backup, restore, import, and transfer businesses | Manager.
