What is your use case. By which I mean when used by which Manager users in what way does this change improve program usability or functionality.

For example from Payslips to Employee’s Payslips

That is a trained operator facing name change.

The benefit of which during operator training is out weighted by the cost when your installation requires support externally. To illustrate read through the forum and look for the frequency of delayed resolution of Manager operation due the the person seeking support using terminology which is ambiguous or has a different meaning within Manager. A recent example of which is:

Sincere apologies for the imprecise language. Where I wrote ‘purchase order’ I meant to write ‘purchase invoice’, and in fact that’s how I have the purchases recorded in the test case business

Blurring the terminology as suggested will decrease the quality of Managers user support to the long term detriment of the program. That is why virtually all other commercial software aimed at a mass market does not do it.
