Is this complicated?
To create the inventory kit is not complicated. But to use it on daily activities is.
I have tried inventory kit method some times ago, I believe the result will be in decimal. Please correct me if I’m wrong.
How about purchase? do i need to create another inventory item such as coca cola (pack of 6), since the inventory kit item is not shown when you purchase?
You are correct, but this shouldn’t have a substantial effect for two reasons:
The rounding part comes in the cost of sales, which isn’t visible either to your customers or your suppliers.
The rounding is accurate up to 13 decimal places, which means that assuming you have a currency with 2 decimal points, you need to sell at least $50bn of the kit in order for the discrepancy to reach 1 cent – anything below that is inconsequential.

So, I create inventory item in the smallest unit. When I purchase I need to convert the quantity first to that unit?
Nope, you create an inventory item in whatever units that you buy.
Then you convert it to sellable units using kits.
