Request: Support a purchase unit and a sales unit with a conversion factor (e.g., 1 carton = 24 pieces), instead of creating separate items or running conversion production orders

Unit conversions are not a feature of Manager.
The next best thing is to use:
- Inventory Items for Purchases
- Related Inventory Kits for Sales
