Can there be an option for multiple payment method on a single invoice? Would version 23.5.3.816 have such a feature?
Sure, this has been the case since day one.
An invoice can have multiple receipt each with a different payment method.
@geskn, you should understand that multiple payments by different methods must be different transactions. For example, part cash, part cheque, and part credit card would be three transactions, even though all were targeted at the same invoice. Otherwise, cash and bank accounts could never be reconciled.
