I have just noticed that the amount of GST shown on the Summary screen differs by 0.03 to that shown in the GST Report Screen. for exactly the same periods. - using the latest version of Manager and Win 10

It is not possible to theorize about explanations without more information. What do you mean by “the amount of GST shown on the Summary screen?” GST per se is not shown there. Account balances—which may have been influenced by transactions with GST applied—are shown. There is also no “GST Report Screen.” What report—by name—are you referring to?
Have you drilled down on whatever figures differ to see what makes them up? Are there differences? Please illustrate with screen shots.
