kindly assist should i restart my server? or i will loss my data? please see the attached . im scared to restart it cause this never happened before
Just restart. It will not affect your data. It shows a time-out error so it may affect what you were doing to cause this but the business data that were present before that error will not be affected.

Then do the same. As it shows a time-out error this may deal with either your own and/or the server’s access to the internet. You can either wait a bit or restart the server.
