Manager io error 0x8007139f

Hello ,
i was using MANAGER since last year , with no problem .

But, today i was trying to open it and it is giving me this error .

i have tried to uninstall and install again , but the error is still the same …

how can i solve it please ??

i have read that many are facing the same problem but no one has given a solution

Please post a screen shot of the error message. And tell us what edition (desktop, server, or cloud) and version number you are using. Then describe exactly what you do that triggers the error. No one can help without information.
