Do we have a process of being certified as Manager.io consultants?
No, there isn’t 
Are there plans to have such? It can just be a test of like 100 items.
It can be useful for bookkeepers like me offering Manager.io.
Why?
Manager prides itself on ease of use and despite its many features, it isn’t a tangled web of modules like ERP systems.
You can, if you like, register as an accountant by following the instructions at the bottom of this page:
To bad that you can only register as a accountant when using the cloud version. I am using Manager server edition on my own server and can not register as a accountant 
Unfortunately, this is the only solid method of ensuring the accountant is reliable in the sense that they are:
- active users of Manager, and
- up to date.
