Mac system running Monterey 12.7.6

Hello, I have a Mac system running Monterey 12.7.6. When I attempt to install the desktop manager version, it becomes unresponsive.

You need to go to Manager.io download site and select the intel version to download. The big blue button is for Apple Silicon like M1. The link is below the box see screenshot

Thank you, Eko, for guiding me, but unfortunately, it did not work either. Is there another issue that could be causing this?

You need to remove the old one from your application folder. Not sure what you did to install.

I can’t seem to get program installed on my MacBook Pro. I am wondering if there’s something else I must do to be able to install it?

I have a MacBook Pro 2017 MacOS is ventura.
Thank you in advance. I hope there’s a way I can use this program.
