hi, in the desktop vertion I can’t find how many and what kind of spare parts are empty now?
In the Inventory Items tab, click the heading Qty on hand and/or Qty owned (depending on whether you are using goods receipts and delivery notes) to sort by quantity. Click again to reverse. The zero-quantity items will be grouped together. Export to a spreadsheet if necessary.
I Think if you could set minimum qty for every items to know low stock balance,its could be better,and low stock balance report would be better for manager, thank you for your response.

Adding a low stock limit to warn And then creating a purchase Order from those low stock item will be nice and helpful.
And adding a 0 stock sale block option (making it Optional) is another handy.
