is it possible to link Manager with other reporting tools?
no software provides such an option unless the tools are provide by the same software company.

At the bottom of most pages where you view summary data there are a row of buttons. One of these buttons is “Export”.
This provides a text (copy and paste-able) tab separated version of the data on that page which you can copy to a spreadsheet / database for further analysis.
Much easier than reading data from the Manager save file.
Manager stores data in several files in the designated application data folder. Read this Guide for background information: Manage application data folder contents | Manager. What, exactly, are you trying to do?
